K59.01: Constipation with disorder of defecatory evacuation

You have constipation.

With constipation, you have a bowel movement fewer than 3 times a week. The bowel movement may be painful, especially if you have to strain considerably. The feces are usually harder than normal with constipation.

In your case, the constipation has been caused by the feces not being completely emptied from the last segment of the intestines. What is more, feces remains in the last intestinal segment.
