You have one or more stones in your pancreatic duct.
The pancreas is located in the upper abdomen. It regulates the sugar content in the blood and forms substances for digestion, for example. The pancreas connects to the intestine via the pancreatic duct.
You have one or more stones and a constriction in your pancreatic duct. As a result, the pancreas may become inflamed.
If the pancreatic duct is constricted, the pancreas may no longer work properly. You may have shiny diarrhea and lose weight as a result. If you have stones in your pancreatic duct, you my have pain in your upper abdomen.
