You have a skin condition on your face and neck.

This condition causes small patches on the skin that can be itchy. The patches are initially reddish and can become gray or brown later.

The skin lesions mainly develop on areas of the skin such as cheeks and neck that have been exposed to sunlight for years.

The skin lesions form after the affected areas of the skin have come into contact with certain substances. These substances can be cosmetics or chemicals.
