Your skin has changed in certain places.
You have small, self-inflicted skin wounds in certain places. You may have scratched your spots too much, or squeezed them. Your skin has become inflamed in the places affected. Larger wounds or scarring may occur.
The skin on the face, shoulders and chest, in particular, is usually affected by these skin changes.
