L98.5: Mucinosis of skin
Certain substances have accumulated in your skin.
So-called mucins have accumulated in your skin. Mucins also occur naturally in the skin in small quantities. There are various reasons why mucins can accumulate in the skin.
In the places affected, the skin usually has a red-brown color and is swollen. You may also have a high temperature or joint pain and feel weak.
