M21.79: Unequal limb length (acquired) Site unspecified

Your arms or your legs are of different lengths.

The reason for the different lengths lies in one or more parts of your body. The length of the arms and legs can change if the bones there become longer or shorter. Bones can become shorter or longer with certain disorders, for example. An arm or leg can also become shorter or longer after an injury or an operation.

When someone’s arms or legs are of different lengths it does not necessarily cause any problems. But it may be that the person is then unable to move properly or has pain. If one leg is a lot shorter or longer than the other, the person may be unable to walk properly.
