You have a bone inflammation in your pelvis or thigh.

There are various reasons for inflamed bone. In your case the inflammation has been caused by pathogens. The pathogens got to the affected site via the blood.

When bone is inflamed the affected area may be painful. The skin over the affected area may be red and swollen. You may also have a high temperature and feel unwell. The bones may be damaged by the inflammation. When bones are damaged they may be unusually fragile, for example.
