One or more bones in your upper arm have not developed properly.

When a bone does not develop properly, the internal composition of the affected bone may be abnormal. The growth of the affected bone may also be disturbed. When bone growth is disturbed, the affected bone may be shorter or longer than usual. The affected bone may also be unusually shaped.
