You have a wound (ulcer) on your penis.

A penile ulcer may be caused by pathogens, for example. A penile ulcer may also be caused by prolonged pressure on the penis. This pressure may be due to a tube inserted into the bladder, for example. There are also other things that can cause a penile ulcer. A penile ulcer may be painful.
