An extra piece of connective tissue has formed inside your penis.

The extra connective tissue is located around the erectile tissue of the penis. Connective tissue is found all over the body and fulfills various tasks. Connective tissue contains lots of fine fibers. Thus it can protect or stabilize organs. There is connective tissue beneath the skin and around muscles, for example. Tendons, ligaments and cartilage are also made of connective tissue.

This condition can cause various symptoms. Erections may be painful. The penis may become curved and short. You may feel nodules on your penis. You may also no longer be able to achieve a proper erection.
