You have a fluid-filled sac (cyst) on your external genital organs.

The external female genital organs include the labia, the clitoris and the skin around the vagina.

A fluid-filled sac (cyst) on the external genital organs can form, for example, after an injury. However this type of cyst can also form for no apparent reason. They generally cause no symptoms, or mild ones only.
