O34.2: Maternal care due to uterine scar from previous surgery

You have been suspected to have or diagnosed with a scar on the uterus.

The uterus or womb sits in the pelvis and is pear-shaped. The narrower part extends downward into the vagina and is called the cervix. When a woman is pregnant, the child grows in her uterus.

The scar you had was suspected or diagnosed during the pregnancy or beforehand. These scars on the uterus come from previous operations.
