There are blood vessels that carry the blood from the heart to the body. Other blood vessels carry the blood back to the heart. In your case, these two types of blood vessel in the brain are connected to each other in one place.
This condition is congenital, which means you were born with it.
This blood vessel may rupture more quickly than a healthy blood vessel. However, you may have no symptoms at all.
