R06.80: Acute apparent life-threatening event in infancy

There are indications that breathing stopped.

The indications may have come from the discussion or from an examination. If you stop breathing, there is then too little or no oxygen in your body. This causes your organs to stop working properly after a short time. This particularly affects the lungs, heart and brain. This condition is life-threatening.

  • G: Confirmed diagnosis
  • V: Tentative diagnosis
