R09.2: Respiratory arrest
You stopped breathing.
If you stop breathing, there is then too little or no oxygen in your body. This causes your organs to stop working properly after a short time. This particularly affects the lungs, heart and brain. This condition is life-threatening.
Ceasing to breathe can be caused by various disorders and injuries.
