You have had problems with your breathing and circulation.

The physical examination usually involves someone listening to your heart and lungs. They often also feel your pulse. You have had changes identified. The lungs may not sound normal, for example. This can be a sign of lung disease. If you have a fast and irregular heart rate, for example, this can be a sign of heart disease.
