R20.2: Paraesthesia of skin

You have unpleasant sensations in one or more areas of the skin.

There are lots of nerves in the skin. These nerves carry information about pain, pressure or warmth to the brain.

In your case, this information is not getting from the affected areas of the skin to the brain properly. You may feel tingling or burning on your skin.
