R29.3: Abnormal posture

Your posture is different than normal.

The muscles and bones work together so that we can stay upright and adopt other positions. This is called posture. The spine is especially important for posture. The spine stabilizes the whole body. The spine is naturally curved. A spine that is curved more than normal, for example, can change the posture. Your posture is different than normal.
