You have injured your neck.
You have an open wound to your neck as a result of the injury. There are many organs in the neck. If the neck wound is very deep, these organs can get damaged. In your case, the throat has been affected.
The throat begins behind the mouth and nose. The throat connects the mouth and nose with the windpipe (trachea) and gullet (oesophagus).
