S35.7: Injury of multiple blood vessels at abdomen, lower back and pelvis level
You have damaged one or more blood vessels in your abdomen and your pelvis.
There are many blood vessels in the pelvis. The pelvis is the connection piece between the abdomen and the legs. The blood in the pelvis also flows to the lower back and the legs.
When a blood vessel is damaged, there is usually bleeding. If the bleeding is heavy, blood may collect in the tissue. There may then be some pain. When there is bleeding below the skin, a bruise sometimes forms.
