You have broken your shoulder blade.
The shoulder blade is a flat bone that lies to the back of your upper chest. There is a right and left shoulder blade. As part of the shoulder joint, the shoulder blade connects the upper body to the arm. The shoulder blade is involved in many movements in the shoulder area.
You have broken your shoulder blade in more than one place. If someone has broken bones in the shoulder/upper arm area, it can be painful. You may then be unable to move your shoulder or arm properly.
