You have broken your ulna.

There are 2 bones in the forearm, the ulna and the radius. The ulna is on the side where your little finger is. The radius is on the side where your thumb is. Both bones in the forearm have an upper, middle and lower section. The top ends of ulna and radius, along with the humerus, form the elbow joint. The ulna and the radius both have a long, straight section in the middle.

You have broken the straight section of your ulna. Your radius has slipped out of the elbow joint because of the broken ulna.
