S52.31: Fracture of lower end of shaft of radius with dislocation of ulnar head
You have broken your radius.
There are 2 bones in the forearm, the ulna and the radius. The ulna is on the side where your little finger is. The radius is on the side where your thumb is. Both bones in the forearm have an upper, middle and lower section. The ulna and the radius both have a long, straight section in the middle. The lower ends of the ulna and the radius are connected to the hand by the wrist.
You have broken the straight section of your radius close to your wrist. Your radius has slipped out of the elbow joint because of the broken radius.
