T15.1: Foreign body in conjunctival sac
You have one or more foreign bodies in the conjunctival sac of your eye.
The eye has different layers. The transparent conjunctiva covers the eye and the inside of the eyelids. Along with the tears, the conjunctiva forms a liquid film on the eye. The conjunctiva between the eye socket and the eyelids also forms a slot-shaped cavity, the so-called conjunctival sac.
A foreign body can cause pain and the eye may water. The white of the eye can look red. And one’s vision may be blurred or unusually sensitive to light. You may also have a feeling of pressure on the eye.
