T45.2: Poisoning: Vitamins, not elsewhere classified
Your body was damaged by a medication. This medication contains vitamins.
You have taken too many vitamins. Vitamins are substances the body needs for many tasks. The body is unable produce most vitamins by itself. These vitamins must be taken in through food.
The symptoms depend on how much the body has been damaged by the medication, among other things. For example, the liver may not function properly. The eyes and skin may appear yellow.
