T78.0: Anaphylactic shock due to adverse food reaction

You had severe problems because you had an allergic reaction to a food.

With an allergy, the immune system overreacts to certain substances. Such substances may be harmless substances in the environment, drugs or certain chemicals, for example.

As a result of the allergic reaction you had severe circulatory problems. You may experience nausea or vomiting in the case of such a reaction as well. You can also become breathless or get a rash on your skin.
