T82.4: Mechanical complication of vascular dialysis catheter

You have experienced problems with your blood vessel after treatment.

You are dependent on dialysis. The purpose of dialysis is to help the kidneys detoxify the body. The dialysis may even take over this role completely. Dialysis is also known as blood cleaning. The dialysis is done via a tube inserted into a blood vessel, for example.

The treatment caused problems or damage. Sometimes the blood is no longer able to flow properly through the affected blood vessel. If the blood vessels have been injured, there may be heavy bleeding.
