Your mood has suffered a pathological change due to dementia.

If your mood is pathologically changed, you may be very miserable and down. For example, you can lose the desire for things that you usually enjoy. However, your mood may also be exaggeratedly cheery. You may feel more capable than usual and thus overestimate yourself.
