You have pneumonia.
The lungs are on the left and right side of the ribcage. They are also connected to the nose and mouth via the bronchial tubes and windpipe (trachea).
Pneumonia can cause various symptoms. These include shortness of breath, coughing and a high temperature. Your lung inflammation occurred after more than 2 days in the hospital.
