Amphetamines and methamphetamines are groups of different drugs. “Speed” or “crystal meth” are examples of these drugs. Drugs in these groups can lead to intoxication, making you feel very alert and full of energy. You may also perceive yourself and your environment differently or behave differently. There are different ways of taking amphetamines or methamphetamines. You have injected the amphetamines or methamphetamines into your blood vessels.

You can become addicted to amphetamines or methamphetamines. Drugs can also damage the body. Drugs can also result in the behavior of a person changing beyond the drug intoxication or them developing mental illnesses. These mental illnesses can also cause changes in behavior, but also changes in mood, thinking and perception, for example.
