Diagnostic endoscopy of urinary passages: Diagnostic urethroscopy
A thin tube has been used to examine your urethra.
When you have to pass water, the urine flows from the bladder via the urethra and out.
The tube was pushed through your urethra. A camera is attached to the end of the tube. This camera then sends images to a screen during the examination. It can then be seen whether the tissue is healthy or changed.
