Psychosomatic, psychotherapeutic, (neuro-)psychological, psychosocial investigations and psychological testing: (Neuro-)psychological and psychosocial diagnostic procedures: Complex

Examinations on your mental health or certain functions in your brain were carried out.

These examinations usually involve conversations with trained specialist staff. In these conversations, questions about mental well-being, possible symptoms or personal history are asked, for example. In addition, consideration can also be given to how the patient’s current situation in life affects their mental health. Current life situations include, for example, family, friends or work.

Certain functions of the brain can also be examined. These include, for example, memory, language or perception. The examinations can help to identify possible illnesses and then treat them specifically.
