3-704.1:

Scintigraphy: Radionuclide ventriculography of heart: Radionuclide ventriculography during physical exercise

You had a special heart examination.

A special material was used in the examination. This adheres to red blood cells, marking them in the process. Red blood cells are important for carrying oxygen in the blood.

For a certain time, the special material on the red blood cells gives off weak radiation that is measured using a special camera. This produces images of the heart with which the blood flow in the heart, for example, can be assessed. For example, they show how well the heart is pumping blood to the body and how the walls of the heart are moving as the heart beats.

Your heart was examined while you made a physical effort.
