Other operations on skull, brain and meninges: Functional interventions on skull, brain and meninges: Removal of an intracerebral catheter for intraventricular infusion
In the past you had a tube implanted in your brain. The tube has now been removed from your brain.
The tube in your brain has been attached to a drip outside your body. Drugs from the drip have gone straight into your liquor via this connection. So a drug like this usually has a very targeted effect in the brain.
There are cavities with cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, around the brain and around the spinal cord. Among other things, the cerebrospinal fluid cushions the brain and spinal cord during knocks and also nourishes the brain cells.
