Removal and restoration of teeth: Root tip resection and root canal treatment: Unspecified
You have had dental treatment on the root canal or root tip.
Every tooth consists of 3 sections: the crown, the tooth neck (cervix) and the tooth root. The crown is the visible part of the tooth. The tooth neck is covered by the gums. The tooth root keeps the tooth in the jawbone. Every tooth has a hollow interior. Connective tissue as well as nerves and blood vessels are found inside a tooth. The hollow space inside a tooth’s root is called the root canal. The root tip forms the lower end of the root.
