Excision and resection in lung and bronchus: Extended lobectomy and bilobectomy of lung: Bilobectomy without bronchoplasty or angioplasty extension: With diaphragm resection
You have had an operation to remove two of your pulmonary lobes.
There is a lung on either side. Each lung is made up of individual pulmonary lobes. The right lung has three pulmonary lobes, the left lung has two pulmonary lobes.
Tissue was also removed from your diaphragm.
