One or more tears in your perineum or your external genital organs have been sutured.
The skin of your perineum or your external genital organs tore when you were giving birth to your child.
The external female genital organs include the labia, the clitoris and the skin around the vagina. The perineum is the area between the vagina and the anus.
Additional indicator
If necessary, additional letters are appended to OPS codes to indicate which side of the body is affected.
