The long, straight section of your humerus has been re-stabilized using aids.

There are different parts to the humerus. The top end is connected to the shoulder blade in the shoulder joint. In the middle of the humerus there is a long, straight section. The lower end is connected to the forearm in the elbow joint.

The long, straight section of your humerus has been stabilized with a long pin inside the bone.

The purpose of the long pin is to stabilize the humerus from within. To do this, the pin is inserted into the bone.
