Operations on other bones: Inspection of osteosynthesis material with reosteosynthesis: By combinations of material: Shaft of tibia

Your tibia has been re-stabilized using aids.

There are 2 bones in the lower leg, the tibia and the fibula. The tibia is on the inside of the leg. The fibula is on the outside of the leg. Both bones in the lower leg have an upper, middle and lower section.

The mid-section of your tibia has been stabilized using aids.

To stabilize bones or parts of bones, various aids can be used. They can be made of metal or plastic, for example.
