5-791.k8:

Repositioning of fracture and luxation: Open repositioning of a simple fracture in the shaft area of a long bone: By angular stable plate: Shaft of ulna

The long, straight section of your ulna was broken and it has been operated on.

There are 2 bones in the forearm, the ulna and the radius. The ulna is on the side where your little finger is. The radius is on the side where your thumb is. Both bones in the forearm have an upper, middle and lower section. The ulna and the radius both have a long, straight section in the middle.

You had an operation to bring the broken parts of your ulna back together and put them into their normal position. The break was stabilized using one or more plates.
