5-794.51:

Repositioning of fracture and luxation: Open repositioning of a multiple fragment fracture in the joint area of a long bone: By external fixator: Proximal humerus

You have broken your humerus (upper arm bone) and had an operation on it.

There are different parts to the humerus. The top end is connected to the shoulder blade in the shoulder joint. In the middle of the humerus there is a long, straight section. The lower end is connected to the forearm in the elbow joint. You broke the top end of your humerus. The break consisted of multiple broken parts.

You had an operation to bring the broken parts of your humerus back together and put them into their normal position. The break was stabilized using a special brace.

For the special holding system you have had metal pins or screws inserted into your humerus through the skin from outside. These were then joined to one another outside the body using a holding system.
