Manipulation of digestive tract: Gastric lavage
Your stomach has been washed out with a fluid.
To wash the stomach out, a tube is inserted into the stomach via the oesophagus (the gullet). A fluid is repeatedly sent through the tube to the stomach and pumped out again. In so doing, the contents of the stomach are pumped out too.
