This involved placing your body or part of your body in a special sling. The aim is, for example, to take the weight of a part of your body or make it more mobile.

Additional indicator

If necessary, additional letters are appended to OPS codes to indicate which side of the body is affected.

  • L: Left
  • R: Right
  • B: Both sides
