A catheter has been used to implant one or more small tubes in a blood vessel in your lower leg and in a blood vessel in your head.
A catheter is a thin tube. This tube is inserted into a blood vessel in the groin or arm, and pushed further in. Various instruments can be pushed at the front of the tube.
Special tubes that unfold inside the blood vessel were used.
A branched tube that unfolds inside the body was also used.
