You have been looked after and treated by specially trained personnel in an isolation unit. This was because of certain organisms.

You have certain organisms in or on your body. The organisms may infect other people. So measures were taken to prevent the organisms from spreading. These measures may include limiting contact with other people. Special cleaning agents that kill the organisms are also used.

Additional indicator

If necessary, additional letters are appended to OPS codes to indicate which side of the body is affected.
