An application for a new care level for you has been submitted.

There are 5 care levels. The higher the care level, the more care a person requires. You have a care level, so you get special support.

When there is an application for a care level, there is a careful assessment of how much care is required. This will take into account, for example, how well the patient can move and take care of themselves. How well they deal with everyday life, for example, will be looked at too.

Additional indicator

If necessary, additional letters are appended to OPS codes to indicate which side of the body is affected.

  • L: Left
  • R: Right
  • B: Both sides
