You have cholera.
Cholera is caused by bacteria. Its symptoms include severe runny diarrhea. Vomiting is another symptom. The vomit can be watery, but also bloody. The diarrhea and vomiting results in a great deal of fluid and important nutrients being lost. This can make you very sick.
Cholera can be transmitted through contaminated water and food.
