B92: Sequelae of leprosy

A leprosy condition has damaged some of your tissue.

Leprosy can damage tissue such as the skin and nerves. Damage to the skin may, for example, result in you no longer having any feeling in some parts of your skin. Leprosy can also cause tissue to die off. This affects the fingers or toes, for example. Tissue in the eyes or the internal organs can also be damaged.
