Your conjunctiva have changed.
The transparent conjunctiva covers the eye and the inside of the eyelids. Along with the tears, the conjunctiva forms a liquid film on the eye. Together, the conjunctiva, the eyelids, and the liquid film on the eye all protect the eye from external agents. The conjunctiva also helps defend against pathogens.
Your conjunctiva is growing from the corner of your eye towards your pupil across the cornea. The cornea is located at the front of the eye. It is transparent and curved. The curvature focuses light in the eye. This is vital to be able to see clearly.
The growth of the conjunctiva is usually caused by too much sun or dust. When the conjunctiva grows in the area of the pupil, it can cause vision problems. The person will then have blurred or double vision, for example.
