H53.3: Other disorders of binocular vision
You have problems with your spatial vision.
We have two eyes. Light enters each eye. An image results. A slightly different image is produced in each eye, as the eyes are apart. The brain processes the two images into one image. As a result, we can also see spatially.
In your case, your two eyes and your brain are not working together properly. As a result your spatial vision is incorrect. When we are unable to see spatially properly, we cannot judge distances correctly, for example.
